We engaged CBRE to execute the sale of our corporate headquarters in Carlsbad, CA. This involved a complex transaction, encompassing a long-term sale-leaseback for our existing campus and a planned build-to-suit project to support the future growth of Ionis Pharmaceuticals. Despite the unprecedented shifts in the capital markets during 2022 and 2023, the CBRE team seamlessly managed the entire transaction process, offering valuable guidance and leveraging their deep technical expertise. I recommend this team for even the most challenging real estate assignments.

CBRE’s San Diego Institutional Capital Markets team, in collaboration with the Private Capital team, executed flawlessly on the sale of our creative office building, Mosaic. Within a few hours after being on the market, the CBRE team generated multiple competitive offers at or above our asking price and successfully closed at pricing and terms consistent with the selected offer. We value the team's attention to detail and stewardship from award to closing and look forward to the continued partnership.

Doug Arthur President and CEO, SENTRE

I recently had the pleasure of working with Matt, Hunter, and Camille of CBRE on a challenging corporate disposition transaction in San Diego. From the beginning of the process and navigating various corporate needs to closing escrow, they worked diligently to ensure Honeywell achieved the best possible outcome on a time-sensitive short-term sale-leaseback. Despite challenging economic headwinds and volatility in capital markets, they executed phenomenally and exceeded our expectations. Working with the CBRE team was a pleasure, and I highly recommend their team to any corporate user looking to monetize their real estate.
