Matt Karempelis is a Senior Vice President with the National Retail Partners - Southeast. The NRP is the leading retail investment sales team in the country, backed by the most powerful retail and capital markets platforms in the world. The NRP’s local expertise, deep market knowledge and collaborative network allow them to deliver exceptional property sale outcomes and drive real value for their clients from coast to coast. Over the past five years, The NRP was responsible for more than $30 billion in retail investment sales.

Based in Atlanta, Mr. Karempelis focuses exclusively on leading shopping center sale executions throughout Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and the Greater Southeast. Over the past five years, Matt has been involved in over $5.5 billion in retail investment sales. Matt also oversees the underwriting, due diligence, market analysis and production of marketing materials for all properties marketed by the NRP - Southeast team.
