CBRE Welcomes Ralitsa Yordanova as Senior Retail Leasing Manager in Sofia office

CBRE is thrilled to announce the expansion of Sofia team with the appointment of Ralitsa Yordanova as Senior Retail Leasing Manager.
Ralitsa Yordanova brings over 17 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a significant focus on retail consultancy.

Ralitsa’s illustrious career began in 2007 at Colliers as part of the Valuation Advisory Services team. After four successful years, she relocated to China, where she established herself as a business consultant in Shanghai, aiding small foreign ventures from 2011 to 2016.
Upon her return to Bulgaria, Ralitsa joined MBL, where she led the Retail Services team and later worked for JYSK, specializing in retail space brokerage and business development. In 2019, she rejoined Colliers as Manager Key Accounts Retail Services, where she played a pivotal role in developing the Retail Parks leasing line, attracting and advising nearly 40% of all development projects' investors.
Ralitsa holds a BA in Planning and Forecasting from the University of National and World Economy in Bulgaria.
