CBRE appoints Hristo Karakostov as Head of A&T Office Bulgaria

CBRE, the leading global real estate advisory company, has announced the appointment of Hristo Karakostov as Head of Advisory & Transactions Office Services Department for Bulgaria, within its Southeast Europe (SEE) office. Hristo Karakostov succeeds Monika Gajewska, who will continue to lead the Occupier Business Development efforts for the SEE region.

Hristo Karakostov brings a decade of experience in office consultancy services. He joins CBRE from Colliers International Bulgaria, where he was Manager Office Services. Hristo holds university degrees in Marketing and International Relations from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
