CBRE advised S Immo on the sale of Eurocenter to Atlantic Group

CBRE South Eastern Europe (SEE) successfully advised S IMMO AG on the sale of the Eurocenter, 8,600 sqm GLA class-A office building located on within a prime CBD location in Zagreb, Croatia. CBRE organized a competitive tender process, where Atlantic Group submitted best acquisition terms and successfully closed the transaction.
