CBRE advised CA Immo on the sale of the Belgrade Office Park

CBRE South Eastern Europe (SEE), the largest regional real estate consulting company, has successfully advised CA Immo on the sale of the Belgrade Office Park complex located in Belgrade, Serbia.
CBRE acted as exclusive financial and real estate advisor in the sales process of a two-building office complex in capital of Serbia, which comprises of approximately 27,200 sqm of total lettable space. The office building, which is located close to the city center, was 97% let as of April 30, 2023.

Grujić emphasized that by year end, two more transactions of this kind will be transacted making the Belgrade market one of the most active across Europe.
