Sofia Retail Figures H2 2023

Bulgaria's total shopping centre stock has reached approximately 840,000 sq. m, and throughout the year, there were no notable schemes delivered. However, the retail park stock has grown notably since the first half of 2023.

The pipeline is expected to remain stable in the upcoming period and will rely on the construction of retail parks. Currently, there are several retail parks under construction, with a few of them having been recently announced. However, there are no significant shopping centers expected to be completed in the near future.
