Sofia Office Figures Q3 2023

After an active first half of the year which has brought the deliveries of numerous new office buildings, the third quarter of the year has remained calm, with no noted completions. Hence, modern office stock remains elevated by 3% in comparison with the same period of the previous year. In addition, distribution of office stock by class has remain unchanged, with class A offices making up 68% of the total stock.
