During the first half of 2024, industrial activity has experienced a notable growth, with 72,000 sq.m of logistic stock delivered in Sofia and the surrounding area – of which approximately 56,000 sq.m is speculative.

 

The total stock for Sofia and surrounding area is 1.8 million, of which approximately 840,000 sq.m is speculative stock.

 

Plovdiv remains the most attractive region in Bulgaria for industrial development, following Sofia.
